By this point into this diet, I’ve devised a meal so incredibly bad, that it’s almost appetizing at the same time.
- a Musubi made from filleted top sirloin steak over rice wrapped with KFC chicken skin (crispy)
* dipping sauce may include A1 steak sauce, Srirachi, BBQ sauce, or creamy horseradish
- a Big Mac-like sandwich constructed in the following: a slice of Lou Malnati’s “Malnati Chicago Classic” pizza; a whole head of lettuce; a layer of Lou Malnati’s famous “magic” garlic sauce; a medium-well done New York steak; a slice of Lou Malnati’s “Lou” pizza; another medium- well done New York steak; slivered slices from a whole red onion; another layer of Lou Malnati’s famous “magic” garlic sauce; slivered slices from 2 tomatoes; and finally a last slice of Lou Malnati’s “Malnati Chicago Classic” pizza.
* The “burger” will then be tempura’d to keep everything together.
- French fries will instead be potato wedges deep fried til they are the consistency just before potato chips
- Sushi will contain the following: A rice cookers worth of rice and a whole descaled/deboned yellowtail fish. A rice cookers worth of rice and a whole super white tuna filet.
* Wasabi and soy sauce included
Drink: Water. Wouldn’t want to overindulge.
